It is kept in fabulous condition for a public course and since its' creation has benefited from being upgraded to an eighteen-hole course with the opening of its back nine. Changes have been made since its' birth and continue to be made, all across the course with the greens being improved, a tree planting programme having taken place, as well as course redesigns and the installation of an improved drainage system having occurred in recent times.
