Ask your self the following six important questions:
1) Do you agree that all golfers vary in height?
2) Do you agree that all golfers vary in fitness?
3) Do you agree that we all swing the club at different speeds?
4) Do you agree that the size of our hands vary?
5) Do you agree that our ages are different?
6) Do you agree that our ability’s vary?
If you agree, our advice is never to purchase any golf equipment without being custom fitted!

Our store has one fully qualified PGA Golf Professional and four qualified club fitters. We are open 7-days a week offering you guaranteed professional service and advice.
Listed below are some major faults created from incorrect fitted golf equipment, all these can easily be corrected by having your clubs custom fitted.
* Fault- Lie angle too flat on your irons creating the toe of the golf club to dig deeper into the ground at impact, causing the club face to open creating a slice.
* Fault- Lie angle to upright on your irons creating the reverse, the heel digs deeper into the ground at impact, causing the club face to close creating a hook.
* Fault- Shaft too stiff on your clubs creating loss of distance and a lower ball flight with a slice
* Fault- Shaft too soft on your clubs creating an excessive high ball flight and a hook
* Fault- Grip too thin on your clubs which makes your hands to work excessively or not enough
All of the above may sounds very complicated. Let us assure you it’s not! It’s simply vital that you receive guaranteed professional service and honest advice.
Want To Improve Your Game?
Clubhouse Golf Direct employs PGA qualified golf professionals in-store to offer our customers simple tips and advice on how to improve your game and save those valuable wasted shots.
Golf is not all about hitting it out of site (although it helps.) We cover all aspects of the game from tee through to the green giving clear advice on how to make simple changes that give instant benefits.
Remember the top golf professionals not only have a great golf swing they also a great golfing brain!
Our advice is very simple, write down you strengths and weaknesses and then focus on the parts of your game that need improving. Take it one stage at a time not making to many changes at once! For example, if it’s your short game that is costing you shots, take a look at what’s in your bag, today’s golfer needs at least three wedges that have clear distance degrees of loft that will cover all shots from 110 meters in to the flag.
Pro’s Tip
Are you losing distance off the tee peg? Make sure you are fully turning your shoulders and creating a proper weight transfer. Check the following; your stance is slightly wider than your hips and your weight distribution in address is in a 60/40 ratio. 60% on your back foot, then ensure that you are making a full shoulder turn, 90 degrees of shoulder turn is the ideal amount to ensure maximum power. A quick test is to stand in the address position then turn your left shoulder under your chin! This should ensure a full shoulder rotation.
Hope this helps
