Golf Specific Physiotherapists

Members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Angela Jackson, Amanda Knight and Sandy Norgrove have all studied with Ramsay McMaster, Golf Specific Physiotherapist, founder of the famous Melbourne Golf Injury Clinic. They are specifically trained to manage golf players and golf injuries, carry out individualised golf screening packages to identify your risk areas and develop a management plan targeting your individual needs. They are all golfers themselves and have a huge depth of knowledge about the causes and treatment of golf and other sports related injuries.

Angela Jackson

Angela has been involved in treating people in sports at all levels both in the UK and Canada. She has worked with the England volleyball squad, Cheshire hockey and is currently on the panel for the British Olympic Sailing squads. Personally, she played county tennis and hockey as a junior before injury curtailed her progress and ultimately led to a career in physiotherapy. This has enabled her to associate closely with the frustrations patients feel when injured. Her major interest is now in prevention of injuries in particular in children as they grow, and she has launched our popular screening programme which she has used with both the England cricket team and Cheshire Cricket teams, top tennis players and has a specific interest in golf performance and injury prevention.
Angie has attended the reknowned Ramsay McMaster "Fit for Golf" seminar and is working closely with golf professionals to highlight where physical limitations might be affecting golf performance in both themselves and their clients.
